Return policy
- Return Window: You may return your G.K.P. product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your apron/product for a different style or size, please indicate your preference when contacting customer service. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on available inventory.
- Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect or error in the craftsmanship.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
